    30-minute call with the hiring manager. We'll talk about your work and answer your questions.

    Technical round

    Pair-programming or a take-home design exercise — your choice. No multi-hour LeetCode.

  • 04

    Offer

    If we both want to move forward, you'll have an offer within five business days. Most start within 2–4 weeks.
