How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply within one working day (Mon–Fri, GMT+7). For RFP responses, expect 3–5 working days depending on complexity.

What information should I include in my message?

A short paragraph on the problem, who it's for, what success looks like, and roughly when you need it. Budget range is helpful but not required.

Can we sign an NDA before the first call?

Yes — just mention it in your message and we'll send ours, or you can send yours. Either way works.

Do you offer in-person meetings?

Yes, at our Ho Guom Plaza Tower office in Ha Noi. We also travel for client kick-offs and review sessions when it makes sense.
