The challenge
Data sovereignty. The growing demand for data storage in Vietnam was heavily reliant on foreign providers — raising concerns about data security and national digital sovereignty.
Market need. Vietnamese enterprises needed an international-standard cloud solution that was cost-effective and offered local technical support — without forcing them to choose between sovereignty and quality.

Our approach
Working alongside Viettel's internal team, we contributed across three layers:
Comprehensive ecosystem
Full-stack cloud spanning IaaS (compute, storage, networking), PaaS (managed databases, message queues) and SaaS (Viettel BaaS — backend-as-a-service for business apps).
Scalability
The system needed to handle unpredictable enterprise traffic — from steady-state workloads to traffic spikes during business events. We architected for horizontal scaling and dynamic resource allocation from day one.
Top-tier security
The platform serves regulated industries — banking, insurance, government. We helped achieve compliance with ISO 27001 (information security) and PCI DSS (payment card data) — including the operational rituals that come with each.
The impact
The platform now provides stable, secure digital infrastructure for thousands of enterprises and government organisations — affirming the mastery of core cloud technologies by Vietnamese engineers.
